Terms of Service

This is a binding agreement between StarBux.biz and you as a member, user, advertiser. By using the Internet site located at https://starbux.biz, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by StarBux.biz from time to time in its sole discretion. StarBux.biz will post a notice on the Site (and may notify you by an email) any time these Terms of Service have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically,. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.


  1. It is prohibited to transfer or sell accounts.
  2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Guarding your account is your responsibility, and we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account due to password management issues.
  3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Payza account which must be unique and not shared with any another user.
  4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.
  5. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
  6. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold under any circumstances.
  7. StarBux will not modify any user account upon request. Username change requests will be declined.
  8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
  9. StarBux may asks for more information or documents to proof their accuracy.


  1. You may refer unlimited number of people.
  2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a correct info and unique email address.
  3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination. This kind of service is usually a scam. We have our own market where you will find the referrals you need.
  4. All referrals are real members who registered on StarBux with genuine interest. Additionally, If anyone of your referrals does not stay active or click any advertisement within certain amount of days (cf. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION section), they might be removed from your downline in order to let you have an open space for potentially active referrals.
  5. You may only earn referral upgrade bonus from the directly assigned referrals via your campaigns as well as from the ones purchased in the market.
  6. The clicks you earn are directly related to the clicks you make. You will earn from your referrals up to the same number of clicks you did the day before. Your clicks counter will be reset each midnight server time which can be seen in the "Advertisements" or "Account" page.


  1. All payments will be made via Payza only.  No other method of payment is available at this time.
  2. Minimum withdrawal limits varies by membership. A fee may be deducted if there are any merchant services.
  3. You can only request one payment at a time. You are not allowed to have multiple Payza accounts. Changing Payza account is an irreversible action and can't be used by another StarBux member.
  4. You must have a correct and verified Payza account in your own name. All payments will go directly to the user's email address and cannot be canceled or sent again. To have your payment sent by Payza, make sure you are logged in from a country where Payza allows members to receive money to their accounts.
  5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
  6. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no limitations for any kind of transactions.
  7. Any refund of any payment we send to you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
  8. Payments are processed automatically. They will be processed within 7 days at the latest.


  1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the "My Account" section of StarBux. No other method of payment will be accepted.
  2. All payments made via Payza must be from verified accounts, any failure to correspond this requirement will be denied and the amount will be refunded back to your account.
  3. All chargebacks or failed transactions made on your payments will lead to suspension of an account.


  1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once a day.
  2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult and/or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses the name of StarBux for any unrelated services is not tolerated. Your advertised web page must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Advertised website should be able to support high traffic per second.
  3. Members are recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to high speed internet with unique IP.
  4. Each web page is subject to verification by the team of Starbux. Once approved, you can, as an advertiser, bought clicks on this web page.
  5. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed. By advertising your website, you authorize StarBux to display your content publicly.


  1. Having more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. Any attempt of its kind involve the immediate suspension of these accounts.
  2. Access to StarBux via a proxy will lead to the closing and deletion of the user's account.
  3. Using any sort of programs that automates clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.
  4. Any attempts of piracy and/or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.


  1. StarBux/StarBux.biz have the right to suspend any account at any time for a valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
  2. Once an account is temporarily suspended, all the balances will be reset, and after permanant suspension all the referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given.
  3. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses.
  4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be suspended and balances.
  5. Your account will be permanently suspended after 90 days of inactivity.
  6. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.


  1. The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.
  2. The purchase of "fixed ads" and clicks for your ads are non-refundable.
  3. In case user opens dispute against StarBux for a purchased item, it  will lead to immediate account suspension.


  1. StarBux/StarBux.biz will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to StarBux and therefore beyond our control.
  2. StarBux/StarBux.biz reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
  3. StarBux/StarBux.biz will not be held responsible for any losses of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
  4. StarBux/StarBux.biz is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
